HOUSTON (AP)– A federal judge on Friday bought the release of kids accepted their parents in U.S. immigration prisons and knocked the Trump administration’s extended detention of households throughout the coronavirus pandemic.
U.S. District Judge Dolly Gee’s order uses to children held for more than 20 days at three family detention centers in Texas and Pennsylvania run by U.S. Migration and Customs Enforcement. Some have actually been apprehended because last year.
