Fern Britton remained in floods of tears when her child Winnie went into the Celebrity Big Brother home ahead of the last.
In psychological scenes, aired on Thursday, the mother-and-daughter duo hugged each other with 22-year-old Winnie cleaning tears from the television star’s face.

“You’ve done so well,” Winnie encouragingly informed her mum. “The felines are great, they miss you, I’ve had great deals of Barbara, great deals of paws to the face. We’re all so pleased with you. I’ve been viewing daily, me and Susie have actually been pertaining to the expulsions. We’ve been so pleased with you.”

“Have I done anything to humiliate you?” Fern later on asked. Winnie then assured her: “You’ve not done anything humiliating yet, there’s time. I’m pleased you have not snored.” She included: “Even if you do not win mum, you’ve done incredible.”
