The United States Supreme Court has ruled about half of Oklahoma comes from Native Americans, in a landmark case that likewise quashed a kid rape conviction.

The justices chose 5-4 that an eastern piece of the state, including its second-biggest city, Tulsa, need to be acknowledged as part of a reservation.

Jimcy McGirt, who was founded guilty in 1997 of raping a lady, brought the case.
