WASHINGTON (Reuters) – Some 3 million U.S. families have won a minimum of a measure of relief on home loan payments as efforts to squelch the coronavirus pandemic throw millions out of work and stretch household balance sheets, a survey from the Home loan Bankers Association showed on Monday.
