  • 10 shelled big king prawns
  • 100g dried vermicelli noodles
  • 2 big eggs
  • A couple of sprigs of fresh coriander, leaves chosen
  • Lime wedges, to serve

1. Put the dashi stock into a big pan, then include the ginger, garlic, chilli and white pepper.
