Google is in the process of rolling out the main build of Chrome 80, its newest version, and while the majority of the upgrades lag the scenes, there are a couple of functions that can make surfing simply a little much better, which can be made it possible for manually. One of these will let you avoid all those frustrating drop-down requests from sites asking you if you want to permit notifications, and the other will make your online takes a trip just a bit quicker by eliminating too-large ads.
First, make certain you have variation 80 of Chrome.
- Click the three-dot icon on top right and choose “Assist” > “About Google Chrome.”
- If the variation of Chrome listed is 79, then struck the button that will manually upgrade. After a minute or two, you must have upgraded to version 80.
