Kantara Chapter 1 box office collection sets record
According to early estimates by Sacnilk.com, Kantara Chapter 1 opened on a smashing note and minted Rs 61.85 crore, including all languages’ collection. On day two, it earned Rs 45 crore, and now the total collection stands at Rs 106.85 crore. The film has scripted history and crossed Rs 100 crore mark in just two days. This makes Kantara Chapter 1 the top-earning Kannada film of the year so far. It has now gone past Su From So, which made Rs 92 crore net in India last month.
