CHENNAI (Reuters) – Toxic gas began leaking once again from a LG Chem plant in southern India’s Andhra Pradesh early on Friday, an authorities stated, triggering a larger evacuation after a minimum of 11 individuals were eliminated following a leak at the website less than 24 hours previously.
