Louisville Cops Chief Fired After Bodycams Left Non-active In Deadly Shooting

Louisville Mayor Greg Fischer fired Police Chief Steve Conrad after discovering that the officers involved in a shooting that killed a male early Monday amidst troubled protests rocking the Kentucky city did not turn on their body cams.
