Scenes of the shooting and its after-effects were published on social media.
The gunman opened fire from the edge of the demonstration area at Jefferson Square Park at about 21: 00 on Saturday, Mr Fischer stated, “resulting in a number of individuals shooting weapons and chaos”.
CCTV video launched by the cops revealed a guy at the edge of the square raise what appeared to be a pistol and fire consistently into a crowd following a conflict.
