A Gippsland male who shot his daughter in the head will complete his sentence in your home after a judge discovered him to be at a higher threat of contracting coronavirus.
Bottom line:

On January 2 in 2015, Rodney Charles Madex shot his child Tammy with a rifle at a home they shared in Glengarry North near Traralgon.
Madex, 69, pleaded guilty in Melbourne’s Supreme Court recently to carry out endangering life and having a weapon.
In sentencing remarks on Thursday, Justice Rita Incerti acknowledged that Madex had b
