JERUSALEM (Reuters) – Israel appeared headed into another political stalemate on Wednesday after nearly-complete results showed Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu had actually failed to secure a clear majority for a right-wing bloc in parliament, in spite of his claim of success.
