WASHINGTON (Reuters) – U.S. Trade Agent Robert Lighthizer on Friday stated he has informed Congress that the new U.S.-Mexico-Canada trade contract will take effect on July 1, a month behind at first proposed.
In a statement, Lighthizer stated both Mexico and Canada had actually taken steps needed to adhere to their dedications under the U.S.-Mexico-C
