Tasmania’s 65- day run of being coronavirus complimentary has ended with a brand-new case validated by authorities.

This night, Dr Scott McKeown, acting director of Public Health, Public Health Solutions, verified the case was a “young woman” who had actually been in hotel quarantine after going back to Tasmania from Victoria.
” The woman is currently receiving treatment at the Royal Hobart Health Center, and Public Health Services are performing contact tracing,” Dr McKeown said in a declaration.
The new case brings the state’s overall to 227 cases.
