The Leeds, Grenville and Lanark District Health Unit board of health on Tuesday announced it had hired Dr. Linna Los angeles its next scientific officer of health and chief govt officer.
Li will be triumphant the sizzling scientific officer of health, Dr. Paula Stewart, who is retiring on Aug. 31.
Under Ontario’s Health Protection and Promotion Act, Li will assist as performing scientific officer of health till the province’s health minister offers legit approval of the rent.
Li holds a scientific level from the University of Western Ontario (Windsor campus) and a Master’s of Public Health from Johns Hopkins University in Baltimore, Md., health unit officers added.
