The New South Wales Review of Financial Relations has launched its draft today with 15 recommendations, after it was ordered by NSW Treasurer Dominic Perrottet in 2015.
The review was headed by former Telstra CEO David Thodey.
” Without reform, the states are going to find it extremely hard to face an increasing challenge in financing for the vital services that they offer,” he said.
