Ousted farmer wins dear court battle against Victorian Farmers Federation

A court has came upon a name by Victoria’s peak farmer advocacy community to expel a dairy farmer member was invalid.

Cobden farmer Ian Morris was a member of the United Dairyfarmers of Victoria, the dairy arm of the Victorian Farmers Federation, and earlier this year nominated as a candidate in an election for the characteristic of president.
