A girl died when the vehicle she was travelling in crashed via a barrier, hit any other vehicle and ended up on Piccadilly line tracks.
The driver of the Differ Rover, a man in his 20s, is in a serious situation in hospital after the vehicle hit a Tesla by Park Royal Tube station at 03: 50 BST.
One other female passenger in her 20s was also taken to hospital.
A man worn in his 50s, who had been with the stationary Tesla, was handled on the scene in west London.
