Philadelphia Phillies outfielder Harrison Bader hit a home run during the Phillies vs Miami Marlins game at Citizens Bank Park in Philadelphia on September 2, 2025. The ball landed in the stands, and Drew Feltwell rushed forward, beating several others to grab the souvenir.

He handed the ball to his son Lincoln Feltwell and shared the happy moment with his daughter Avery. But within seconds, a female Phillies fan stormed over, known as Phillies Karen, shouting that the ball belonged to her.

“She was very vulgar,” Drew told Fox News Channel’s ‘America Reports’ on Monday. “She was screaming in my ear, saying, ‘That’s my ball. That’s my section.’ She used a lot of bad words. I didn’t want to fight in front of my son, so I gave it to her.”

The woman was seen celebrating after taking the ball. Drew said he wanted to calm the situation, even though it was difficult to let go of the souvenir. “The world could use a little more de-escalation,” he said.
