Do you have a favorite workout playlist? I’m a big fan of anything remixed. Any bar blends, usually I favor circuit blends of pop and house.
What’s the best food to eat prior to a workout? For me, I like to keep it lite. I do a small amount of egg whites and some oats in the early morning given that I like to go first thing.
What’s the best clothing for exercising? It depends upon when I’m exercising, however my requirement is brief shorts and a tank top. I like to keep it easy.
I like being active socially and at the health club. Establish your own reward system: if you invest time at the gym, give yourself time for a social life.
What’s a standard, if helpful, exercise tip you can use? I constantly take a look at how I feel later. The sensation of accomplishment is the best sensation. Can’t beat that.
