Richard Pusey, the Porsche driver who supposedly shot himself ridiculing law enforcement officers Lynette Taylor as she lay dying on the Eastern Freeway, has actually been rejected bail by the Melbourne Magistrates’ Court.

Mr Pusey, 41, appeared in court via videolink and stayed expressionless as Magistrate Johanna Metcalf ambushed his bid for flexibility.
