The complex is most likely to be inaugurated by Prime Minister Narendra Modi. As part of the Pragati Maidan redevelopment job, the IECC (Integrated Exhibition-cum-Convention Centre) is being constructed as a modern-day complex. In January 2017, the federal government authorized the proposition of ITPO for the redevelopment of Pragati Maidan by establishing of a first-rate IECC in the nationwide capital. The overall expense of the job is 2,254 crore. The growing MICE sector requires this sort of financial investment in the nation.
