It’s all but confirmed that Samsung will be releasing not three, but four Galaxy S25 smartphones at the first Unpacked event of this year. Samsung will add a “Galaxy S25 Slim”, which should fit somewhere between the S25+ and the S25 Ultra in terms of price, at least.
Slim design, as the name suggests
Unlike the rest of the Galaxy S25 family members, the S25 Slim hasn’t leaked in images. We only know that the handset will feature a slightly different design than the rest. Rumor has it Samsung will use the S25 Slim as a base for next year’s S26 series design.

However, we do know that it will be very slim, measuring around 6.5mm in thickness. That’s an impressively thin chassis, given that most phones nowadays range between 8-9mm.
Top-tier hardware
We expect nothing short of high-end hardware from the Galaxy S25 Slim. After all, the device is part of Samsung’s flagship lineup and is expected to be priced close to the Ultra.

The display is rumored to measure 6.66″ in diagonal, just like the S25+, while the chipset will be the latest and greatest from Qualcomm – the Snapdragon 8 Elite.
There’s still no consensus around the battery capacity, but tipsters estimate a cell between 4,700 and 5,000 mAh. It may not sound like a lot at first, but keep in mind the slim 6.5-millimeter profile.
