Kharagpur: Bharatiya Janata Party’s West Bengal MP Dilip Ghosh has actually questioned the intention for primary minister Mamata Banerjee’s conference with Prime Minister Narendra Modi and stated that the latter did so as part of efforts to “conserve” her Trinamool Congress celebration following the arrest of its member Shahjahan Sheikh. “Mamata Banerjee remains in problem today; that is why she is running all over … She is not agreeing Congress, she is doing a lot to conserve the celebration and the leaders … The last time the Prime Minister came here, she did not speak about anything. What is the obsession today?” Ghosh informed on Saturday. “Leaders like Shahjahan Sheikh (TMC strongman) are gradually coming under the vigil of the Enforcement Directorate and the celebration is breaking down. That’s why she should have gone to ask for the Prime Minister (to seek his disturbance)…,” the senior BJP leader included.
