The group will weigh up research study on whether the virus can be projected even more than previously thought; a research study in the US recommends coughs can reach 6m and sneezes up to 8m.
The panel’s chair, Prof David Heymann, told BBC News that the brand-new research study might lead to a shift in advice about masks.
It says people who are ill and reveal signs need to use masks.

The new research recommends coughs and sneezes might project liquid even more than formerly believed.
The UK, along with other countries including the US, encourages that social distancing should suggest staying at least 2m apart.
This suggestions is based on proof revealing that viruses can only be transmitted while brought within drops of liquid.
They discovered that an exhalation produces
