For the month of Ramadan, which started on March 22 and ends on April 20, we are creating a list of dining establishments in Ottawa with prolonged or upgraded opening hours to accommodate those fasting.

Throughout Ramadan– the ninth month in the Islamic calendar, marked by lunar stages and the crescent moon– lots of observing Muslims quick from dawn to sunset, breaking quickly with a meal called Iftar.

Running hours throughout Ramadan: 11 a.m. to 7 p.m. and after that 11 p.m. to 3 a.m. throughout the week.

Running hours throughout Ramadan: 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. and after that 10 p.m. to 3 a.m. every day of the week.

Running hours throughout Ramadan: Noon to 3 a.m. Monday to Friday and 10 a.m. to 3 a.m. on Saturday and Sunday.

Ariana Kabab House
Area: 424 Rideau St., in Lowertown.
Running hours throughout Ramadan: Noon to 10 p.m. Monday to Saturday and twelve noon to 9 p.m. on Sunday.
