The most recent stylish buzz expression and idea is the 15-minute city. The paradox is that they’re attempting to re-invent the wheel. Towns and towns constantly had the 15-minute-or-less principle due to the fact that neighborhoods were little sufficient to have whatever nearby. As neighborhoods grew, urban spread took control of, as did vehicles. Include shopping centers to the mix and things got blurred.
