Children’s nurse Katy Davis, 37, died at Southampton General Hospital on Tuesday.
Similar twin Emma, herself a former nurse, died at the exact same healthcare facility early on Friday.
She said the “incredible” pair, who lived together, had other health conditions and had actually been weak for some time.
