WASHINGTON (Reuters) – A U.S. appeals court on Thursday ruled against a Trump administration effort to keep countless dollars from so-called “sanctuary” jurisdictions that restrict cooperation with federal immigration enforcement.
The choice, by the 7th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals in Chicago, supported a set of lower court judgments th
