WASHINGTON (Reuters) – U.S. Secretary of State Mike Pompeo stated on Thursday he was working with his Mexican equivalent on travel constraints to suppress the spread of the coronavirus.

The United States might announce limitations on travel across the U.S.-Mexico border as soon as Friday, restricting crossings to essential travel, two officials informed on the matter said.
The sources said the limitations would be similar to those the United States and Canada have consented to adopt on the northern U.S. border.
