Harry Dunn passed away in health center after his motorcycle was associated with a crash outside RAF Croughton.
It comes after an Interpol Red Notice was released for US national Anne Sacoolas who is now ” desired worldwide”
Mrs Sacoolas, the partner of a United States intelligence authorities based at RAF Croughton, claimed diplomatic immunity following the crash and was able to return to her house country, triggering a global protest.
The Interpol Red notification suggests she can be jailed if she leaves the US.
