Vegetarian nachos with refried beans and sour cream recipe

This is a hearty, healthy, delicious plate which will satisfy hungers on any occasion. We like bubbly, crispy, oven-melted cheese any time.
Prep time: 10 minutes|Cooking time: 35 minutes.
SERVES.
4 to six.
ACTIVE INGREDIENTS.
For the refried beans.
2 tbsp olive oil.
1 onion, diced.
Little lot of fresh coriander, stalks carefully sliced, leaves carefully chopped.
3 big garlic cloves, minced.
1/2 tsp ground cumin.
1 tsp salt.
10 twists of newly ground black pepper.
1 tsp crushed dried ancho chillies.
Pinch of cayenne pepper.
2 × 400 g cans red kidney beans or pinto beans, drained pipes and washed.
Passion and juice of 1 unwaxed lime.
1 tablespoon butter.
