A 72- year-old man has died and his 71- year-old better half has actually been conserved by a neighbour after their Brisbane home ignited late last night.
A variety of neighbours got up when the blaze broke out at the home on Gregory Street in Acacia Ridge prior to 10: 00 pm, some waking to the sound of other neighbours yelling in response to the fire.
Regional man Dean Hollis said it was “panic and turmoil”.
” Everyone was running around attempting to put the fire out,” he stated.
” We put it out twice however it just kept firing up all the time.”
