The World Health Organization has acknowledged there is emerging proof that the coronavirus can be spread by tiny particles suspended in the air.
The air-borne transmission might not be dismissed in crowded, closed or inadequately ventilated settings, an official stated.
If the proof is confirmed, it may affect guidelines for indoor areas.
