Social media video, unconfirmed and apparently taken by a tourist, confirmed a small explosion and smoke and fireplace coming from the incorrect of the dam.
“We arrived to the scene and turned away. Every thing became all location,” acknowledged Lisa LaPlante, Boulder Metropolis communications manager. “The hearth became extinguished.”
Nobody became transported to the sanatorium by Boulder Metropolis emergency responders, she acknowledged, though other items were on the scene.
