By Pankaj Jain: Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal, while revealing more “warranties” if the Aam Aadmi Party forms federal government in Gujarat, stated that if voted to power, the AAP federal government will supply Minimum Support Price (MSP) to farmers on 5 crops, besides payment of Rs 50,000 per hectare on crop damage and appropriate electrical energy.
After development of the AAP federal government in Gujarat, we will offer MSP to farmers on 5 crops like Punjab, besides settlement of Rs 50,000 per hectare on crop damage, appropriate electrical power supply and option to all issues of farmers. In Punjab, the AAP federal government is providing MSP on wheat, paddy, cotton, narma and moong. If the crop is not offered in the market at MSP, then the federal government purchases it, Kejriwal stated, resolving an event in the poll-bound state.
