Hurricane Roslyn magnified to a significant Category 4 storm and is anticipated to reinforce as it reaches Mexico’s coast bringing destructive winds, storm rise and flash flooding.
Maximum sustained winds increased to near 215 kmph (130 miles per hour), and rains of about 100-200 mm (4-8 inches) was anticipated on the upper coast of Colima, Jalisco and western Nayarit.
