By Rittick Mondal: A Trinamool Congress (TMC) leader was shot in Nowda in West Bengal’s Murshidabad district on Thursday night.

As per initial details, Matirul Biswas, spouse of a TMC panchayat pradhan and a TMC leader from Karimpur in Nadia district, was returning from Nowda after fulfilling his kid at school when he was shot by 3 unknown individuals. The suspects fired a number of rounds of bullets, stated authorities.

Biswas was hurried to Murshidabad Medical College Hospital, where he was stated brought dead.

Sajijul Haq, a regional TMC leader, declared Biswas was killed due to a fall out in between various factions of the judgment TMC. Haq raised severe accusations versus TMC MP Abu Taher Khan, who represents Karimpur constituency, implicating him of having a function to play in Biswas’s murder and required the instant arrest of the implicated individuals.
