According to the agency, the Kotwali police has arrested the accused. The accused has been identified as Hamid. According to the police, the incident took place on Shahabuddin Road in the city.
Police said that a case has been registered against the accused Hamid under the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals Act. the accused has been arrested. The police have also seized Hamid’s car. This action was taken after a video of the incident went viral on social media.
