Farmers and police came face to face when they were going to lay siege to Dadri MLA’s house in Noida. Soon there was a clash between the farmers and the police. During this, the farmers also raised slogans of NTPC Murdabad. The police officers who reached the spot convinced the farmers to pacify them.
Actually, the farmers of Noida were going to surround the house of Dadri MLA Tejpal Nagar for the demands of the farmers of Greater Noida. After getting the information about the demonstration of the farmers, the Noida police officers reached the house of Sukhbir Khalifa, the president of the Indian Farmers Council and the farmer leader of Noida.
The police put dozens of farmers including Sukhbir Khalifa under house arrest. After hearing the news of Sukhbir Khalifa’s house arrest, a large number of farmers gathered near the house of Sector 70 Khalifa. The farmers insisted on going to the house of Dadri MLA Tejpal Nagar. Due to the large number of farmers, a heavy police force had to be called. When the farmers were stopped by the police, a situation of clash took place. After which the DCP, ADCP and ACP explained to the farmers and pacified the protest.
