CM Shinde reached Bala Saheb Memorial late night after getting political 'heritage', hit back at Uddhav

Shiv Sena with bow and arrow has now become of Eknath Shinde. While Uddhav Thackeray has suffered a major setback due to the decision of the Election Commission, Eknath Shinde has got the authority of the Shiv Sena. The Shinde faction welcomed the commission’s decision. At the same time, Uddhav Thackeray called it the murder of democracy and talked about going to the Supreme Court against it. Amidst all this, Maharashtra Chief Minister Eknath Shinde reached Balasaheb Memorial late on Friday night. Here he garlanded the statue of Balasaheb and bowed down to him.

During this, Shinde said that our government is working in the interest of the people. Whatever happened happened with the blessings of Balasaheb. This is the victory of Balasaheb’s thoughts and our government is of Balasaheb’s thoughts. We have not worked keeping the elections in mind. Worked in the interests of the people. We welcome the decision of the Election Commission. This decision is going to strengthen democracy. If the decision had come in his (Uddhav) favor, he would have said right, if the decision had not come in his favour, then he is saying wrong.

Earlier, Shinde countered Uddhav Thackeray’s statement of stealing bow and arrows and said that 50 MLAs, 13 MPs, lakhs of workers are thieves? First you (Uddhav Thackeray) introspect why this situation has come? Because you sold the ideas of Balasaheb Thackeray in 2019 and we have redeemed the bow and arrow that you had mortgaged.

They stole our bow and arrows – Thackeray

Uddhav Thackeray held a press conference after this decision of the Election Commission. During this, Uddhav Thackeray said that the bullying of the government is going on, democracy has ended. The government had dismantled the entire system in this fight. He said that until the Supreme Court takes a decision, the Election Commission should not give any decision, but they ignored my words and gave the decision. Uddhav said that he has stolen our bow and arrow. Earlier we did not have any mark, this arrow command was made by Balsaheb Thackeray and it will show its strength. Uddhav said that Ram also had a bow and arrow and so did Ravana. But Ram won.

Uddhav Thackeray said that Balasaheb had never said that do slavery to anyone. He said that by stealing the leaders of other parties, by stealing the symbol of the party, victory will not be achieved. Congress had also brought down the government earlier, Congress had brought Emergency, but Indira Gandhi had the courage to speak about Emergency and withdraw it. Uddhav said that just as Indira was defeated by the people, similarly the people will defeat PM Modi. Uddhav said that like the raids on BBC, anyone can be raided. All media institutions have to unite. Also said that democracy is in danger, everyone is watching it. The Prime Minister should tell that we are ending democracy and bringing in dictatorship.

We were confident from day one: Fadnavis

State’s Deputy Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis said that Shiv Sena, which follows the thoughts of Balasaheb Thackeray, means Chief Minister Eknath Shinde. He has got the name and symbol of Shiv Sena, bow and arrow. Now the real Shiv Sena has become the Shiv Sena of Eknath Shinde ji. I congratulate you a lot, we were sure from day one, because the earlier decisions of the Election Commission have come in the same way, that’s why we believed in it.

On this basis, the Election Commission gave its decision

In its 78-page decision, the Election Commission said that the Shinde faction has shown majority in the Legislative Assembly as well as in the organization. Before the Commission, both the parties presented their respective claims and documents for their confirmation. The Eknath Shinde faction has 40 MLAs out of a total of 55 victorious MLAs who won on a unified Shiv Sena ticket. Out of the total 47,82,440 votes in the party, the Shinde faction presented the documents of 76 percent i.e. 36,57,327 votes in its favor. The Uddhav Thackeray faction, claiming family legacy as well as political legacy on the Shiv Sena, was able to present documentary evidence of only 11,25,113 votes out of 15 MLAs and a total of 47,82,440 votes. That is, only 23.5 percent votes were with the Thackeray group. The Thackeray faction had the support of only 15 of Shiv Sena’s total 55 MLAs.
