More than 250 vacancies for ITBP Medical Officer posts, recruitment will be done without examination

ITBP Medical Officers Recruitment 2023: Indo-Tibetan Border Police Force (ITBP) has released the notification of recruitment 2023 for various posts of Medical Officer in Central Armed Police Forces (CAPFs). More than 250 vacancies will be filled on ITBP Medical Officer posts. Interested and eligible candidates can apply online by visiting the official website of ITBP recruitment.itbpolice.nic.in.

Online applications for ITBP Medical Officer Recruitment 2023 will start from 15 February. Candidates who fulfill the qualification and eligibility mentioned in the notification will be able to apply online till March 16. ITBP Medical Officers Vacancy 2023: Vacancy details
ITBP MO recruitment drive aims to fill a total of 297 vacancies out of which 185 vacancies are for Specialist Medical Officers (Deputy Commandant), 107 vacancies are for Medical Officers (Assistant Commandant) and 5 vacancies are for Super Specialist Medical Officers (Second in Command).

Educational Qualification & Age Limit

• Super Specialist Medical Officer: Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS) and Doctorate in Medicine (DM) or Master of Surgery (M.Ch) from recognized Institute. Age Limit: Should not exceed 50 years.
• Specialist Medical Officer: Must have a post graduation degree in the concerned subject. Age should not exceed 40 years.
• Medical Officer: MBBS and age should be up to 30 years.

Selection Process
Applicants will be first shortlisted for interview on the basis of documents and interview, followed by PST and medical test.

Application fee
Male candidates belonging to UR/ OBC/ EWS category have to pay a fee of Rs 400. Candidates belonging to SC/ST/Women and Ex-Servicemen are exempted from payment of fee.
