Princess Kate signs up with basic training workout with the Irish Guards

In the drill, members of the 1st Battalion Irish Guards were on foot patrol when they came under fire from an opponent. The workout included a soldier suffering a gunshot injury to his lower left leg and being left from the scene by his associates.
