Ottawa Fire Services state someone has actually passed away following a fire at a structure in the 5000 block of First Line Road in the south end early Sunday.
Firemens were contacted us to the low-rise structure at about 2:30 a.m.
Callers reported “heavy fire” at the structure.
Firemen went into the structure and, in a search, situated a victim inside.
The victim was taken outdoors and firemens started first aid efforts.
“The victim has actually given that caught their injuries,” Ottawa Fire Services stated in a communiqué.
The fire was stated under control at 4:22 a.m.
A fire detective is on the scene and “will be supporting Ottawa authorities and the Ontario Fire Marshall with their examination.”
