Brandon Moreno desires a piece of Henry Cejudo. The UFC flyweight champ is intending to lock horns with Cejudo prior to he retires from MMA. Moreno, who’s got a title defense reserved versus Alexandre Pantoja at UFC 290 on July 8, published on Instagram following UFC 288 to call out Cejudo: “Henry Cejudo do not retire yet, please wait on me,” Moreno composed. “I’m going to win my battle in July and after that we can complete organization. He lost a competitive split choice to UFC bantamweight champ Aljamain Sterling in the primary occasion of UFC 288 in New Jersey. Following the defeat, “Triple C” meant possibly retiring once again from combating. He’s uncertain what his next relocation will be. When inquired about Moreno’s callout at the UFC 288 post-fight interview, Cejudo amused the concept. “I think now everyone desires a piece of me, huh?” Cejudo stated. “I think we’ll speak about it. Cash talks. If the UFC desires to put it together and there’s a good little budget plan in for both of– I ain’t doing it in Mexico. Hell no. We can do it here in America.” Cejudo and Moreno have history together. Moreno was generated to Cejudo’s training school early into his MMA profession to assist Cejudo prepare. When Moreno signed up with The Ultimate Fighter, Cejudo, who acted as a coach, didn’t choose Moreno to be in his group and Moreno wound up training under Cejudo’s competing Joseph Benavidez. From there, their relationship and training relationship ended. Moreno would go on to keep doing a few of his training with Benavidez as soon as he signed up with the UFC.
