In case you missed it, places throughout the city will quickly be commemorating the 11th yearly Negroni Week next week with unique menus that admire both the timeless mixed drink and Campari, the Italian apéritif that is at the heart of any Negroni. This year particularly, and in cooperation with Imbibe Magazine and worldwide charity Slow Food, the organizers behind Negroni Week are highlighting those people who understand all there is to learn about preparing that ideal Negroni: bartenders. Every day from September 18 to September 24, a multitude of acclaimed bartenders will be taking control of numerous Bangkok locations with their own twist on a Negroni.
