The Indian cricket group, led by Rohit Sharma, satisfied Prime Minister Narendra Modi for breakfast at his house in Lok Kalyan Marg, New Delhi, on Thursday. Throughout the hour-long conference, PM Modi praised the T20 World Cup-winning group. The group reached No. 7, Lok Kalyan Marg at 11 am IST, after getting a rousing reception at ITC Maurya. Captain Rohit Sharma, Rahul Dravid, and Virat Kohli were seen cutting an unique cake prepared by the hotel chef. PM Modi motivated the group to continue their winning streak, revealing self-confidence that the T20 World Cup success in Barbados would inspire them in future competitions.

In a video, PM Modi and the Indian cricket group shared laughs while thinking back about the World Cup project. Head coach Rahul Dravid spoke as the gamers sat with the Prime Minister. PM Modi smiled throughout the video, delighting in the gamers’ anecdotes. Jasprit Bumrah, Suryakumar Yadav, and Hardik Pandya likewise spoke throughout the conference.

After leaving the Prime Minister’s home, the group headed back to the New Delhi airport to leave for Mumbai, where an open-top bus parade awaits them.

The group used personalized India jerseys with ‘Champions’ composed on them for the conference with PM Modi. PM Modi hosted the gamers for an unique breakfast, listening to their experiences from the World Cup project in the USA and the Caribbean. India beat South Africa in the last on Saturday at the Kensington Oval in Barbados to win their 2nd T20 World Cup crown.

India’s T20 World Cup heroes got a rousing reception upon their return home on Thursday. The group, assistance personnel, and around 20 media members got to the New Delhi airport on an unique charter aircraft set up by the BCCI. Secretary Jay Shah likewise took a trip with the group on the Air India airplane. The BCCI set up the chartered aircraft to bring home the World Cup heroes stranded for 3 days in Barbados due to Hurricane Beryl.
