The lease goes through a boost in the 4th and 5th years, reaching Rs 20.16 lakh and Rs 20.96 lakh each month, respectively. The offer was apparently settled on June 27th, with Bhatia paying a down payment of Rs 72 lakh.

In a different deal, Tamannaah supposedly mortgaged 3 of her houses found on Veera Desai Road in Andheri to loan provider Indian Bank.
