A representative for the Sir Gangaram Healthcare facility issued a statement the Congress president was hospitalised for a routine check-up.
Congress president Sonia Gandhi was confessed to a personal hospital following problem of stomach pain on February 2 night.
Though there has not been any official statement from the Congress so far, a celebration source validated to The Hindu that Ms. Gandhi was admitted to Sir Gangaram Medical Facility.
The Congress chief is to go through some tests that requires health center admission.
A representative for the health center issued a declaration late in the evening that Ms. Gandhi was hospitalised at 7 p.m. for a regular check-up.
