Municipal Corporation officials were present at the spot and got the temple cleaned by the employees. However, no evidence of any occupation of the temple has come to light so far.

This temple was closed for a long time, hence due to lack of maintenance its condition has deteriorated. Now it is being cleaned and painted to make it suitable for worship. During the inspection of this religious place, the team found that both the gates of the temple were closed with debris and masonry in the year 1980. It has also come to light that the temple was closed since the priest was murdered in the riots of 1980. The grandson of the priest had given an application to the DM of Moradabad a week ago, requesting to reopen the temple.
